Healthy Lunch Options

hey all!

seeing as the holiday season has started, (even though i would regretfully say that i wish it hasn’t) but since we have kinda been opening up into the thanksgiving season i say that the holiday season had begun, i think it is the fall feeling, but i have noticed that the meals i have eaten have gotten a bit heavier.

you know, the holiday season makes you eat, it is just fate. just the colder weather, which has made an impact in california (the temperature has gone down a little!) which means that i have to add an extra layer of blubber, yet i really don’t want to because that just means that i will just have to lose that fat in feburary, which is so hard because it soon becomes candy season and spolier alert, i love candy  and its basically an unhealthy cycle of eating.

so now, i am trying to make a change during the holiday season. i am trying to eat healthier during the days and especially lunch to be able to have a better ethic on food.

so today i want to share with y’all some warm and hearty lunch meal options that will not make that calorie count go up (not too  much at least!) .
