the other day i posted my workout routine, well what goes with workouts better than music! i made my music playlist that i love to listen to while working out. i run to this, do routines to this, golf or anything else using a workout playlist. i made a new one for the new year and basically absolutely love it.
so here it is!
you can listen to it, follow it etc. i love listening to it in order because it gives the perfect build up for me while running, but it would also be awesome in a shuffle order. they are mostly pump up songs with an awesome tempo that keeps you moving at a consistent pace.
