last tuesday I shared with you guys my favorite workout music, without showing you guys my favorite workouts! so here are my favorite workouts!
okay, I like to mix my workouts, I do several different things.
Shooting Hoops: I usually do the usual shooting hoops with my sister. When we shoot its usually 30-45 minutes. This is approximately 143-214 calories burnt for 30-45 minutes.
Driving Range: I usually go on the driving range for an hour shooting all from using my driver to trick shots that I need work on! This is approximately 211 calories burnt for an hour.
Running: I go on 2 mile runs. This is to keep myself together and in shape. This takes me around 20 minutes to complete, but I am getting faster! This is approximately 234 calories burnt for 2 miles.
Step Aerobics: This dance workout was originally not too fun for me, considering my dancing skills, but I am getting better! I do this for 30 minutes. This is approximately 286 calories burnt for 30 minutes of Step Aerobics.
Gym Routine: On the occasion of me going to the gym at my school (usually once a week after my summer school classes, or during the school year while I am not playing my organized sport.) I like going on the elliptical machine for a starter for 10 minutes which burns approx 80 calories (depending on the speed!) Then I go on a spin bike, where I read a magazine or watch a soul cycle class video to follow along. I spend 30 minutes at a moderate speed and approximately burn 375 calories. Then I do sqats (usually 50). On average at the gym I say I burn approx 475 calories.
Roll Out: After all of my workouts I roll out. This doesn’t burn calories, but its essential for me not to be in alot of pain in the next hours, or next day.
I occasionally do other things, but mostly these things. I enjoy going on the range, and it tends to be not so physically draining. I also enjoy the step aerobics because you get to listen to really loud music and dance really terribly.

I wanted to share with you guys what I have learned from playing sports in High School. As you guys may or may not know, I play both basketball and golf for my high school.
1. Teamwork: This is probably the most important thing of being in a team. If your team doesn’t bond, your experience of games/matches/meets won’t be as fun as they could be if everyone gelled together.
2. You Need to Participate: COME TO THINGS! Okay guys this is also very important. Practices and participation makes you better, and makes the team better.
3. Managing Your Time Is One of the Most Important Things: Being in high school is alot of work, being in harder classes with alot of homework you think that you could never finish. I like to get ahead on everything just to be safe for time management.
4. Set A Goal for Your Team: This year, we brought a new coach in for Golf. My team was brought to my school five years ago, and this year we won our league. That was our goal for 2014 and this next year we wanna win CIF! It sounds crazy, but any goals we set we can finish them!
5. Come to Things, Make your Team Bond: For my basketball team, our team was put together a little late because we weren’t sure if we were gonna have a JV or just a Varsity. My team, in order to bond and have good chemistry we did alot of things together. People who didn’t come to things didn’t get as close with the team as others did.
well, I hope y’all enjoy this article, and if you guys are nervious for tryouts, or have anything to say about this please contact me or comment on this article!
1. Var-City Muscle Tank: This tank is my favroite workout/on the go tank ever! This is so comfy and cute! I enjoy wearing this during a spinning class or my yoga classes! I also wear this to the pool or the beach. -$58
2. Golf Charm Bracelet: Well, I play golf and I just really think this is a cute gofl charm. I also love the little Vineyard Vines logo on this, and just enjoy wearing these. -$38
4. Lululemon Heat the Street Onesie: This is just a really comfortable soft casual thing to wear around town. This is a really go-to product for me, just to put on and wear comfortable. -$98
5. Brandy Melville Alena Dress: This is alot like the onesie, in the way that it is very lose and easy to wear. I throw this on whenever I feel like it, its also very nice to wear for little shopping trips and parties. I own one in Black and one in Burgundy. -$28
