My Favorite Yoga Gear

hey guys!

so tuesday i posted about how I am doing with yoga so far, so I decided that I wanted to post about my favorite yoga gear , so lets get started:

my mat:

Gaiam Citron Sundial Yoga Mat : This is a really comfortable mat, and you know its not as expensive as the mats from lululemon, but still really cute and still really nice without that hefty price.

my favorite shirts:

nike dry-fit cool strappy: very loose fitting, perfect fit, especially when it gets a little warm in the studio, its happens to just work perfectly for yoga even though its for running.

athleta  fastest track tee : although I have this shirt in red, I love it so much! Its a perfect fit, just tight enough for you to able to move and twist well.

 

my favorite bottoms:

athleta sonar capri pants: so basically these are the best pants ever, since they are this sonar fabric, they are literally the best things known to man, never again buying different leggings, I have found my pair.

forever 21 active striped-side shorts: now some people hate doing yoga in shorts, i understand that, but sometimes its way too hot to deal with putting on and taking those leggings off when your legs are sweaty, these shorts are a great alternative.

What’s in my Workout Bag?

I wanted to share with you guys what is in my workout bag! Since I have been working out lately I have had a pre-packed workout bag ready for after school and weekends and stuff.

Heres what I bring:

3. Nike ‘Free 5.0 TR Fit 5 Print’ Training Shoe in Blue Lagoon/Lime/White -$110

4. Lululemon ‘The Towel’ -$42

5. Lululemon Free to Be Bra -$42

6. Lululemon Sweat and Go Bag -$128

7. The Body Shop Tea Tree Cleansing Wipes -$8

these are all my essentials! I love these nikes more than anything! They are perfect for a short time on the driving range or just a run. This water bottle is fantastic because I can just fill it up in any water fountain, and it filters it. I love having “The Towel” and the face wipes after a sweaty workout!
