hey all!
hello! happy midweek, you’ve made it and now just need to get over the hump to move onto the weekend – so basically you’ve got this! now, i’m not gonna lie, this is a personal motivation because y’all its the end of the school year officially (and the first day of may!) and its difficult to keep yourself up and moving while school is still on especially because this is my makeup classes week (for snow days) and then we head to finals! so something that always gives me solace in this time are my daily runs. i get up almost every morning at 7am and i’m out the door at 7:15 for my run and let me tell you, it ALWAYS makes me feel better, but recently yall its been getting HOT here and i’ve had to pull out my summer stuff so i don’t overheat while exercising!
so, i’ve got a BUNCH of amazing summer hiking and active stuff for you to shop today!!
