Summer Sandals

hey all!
its far into summer now, and i felt like i haven’t done many summer style posts, and i have really been wanting to do one, so today i am sharing some cute summer leather sandals.
i have been REALLY liking these tan leather sandals because they are perfect to pair with shorts and different colored dresses and even a pair of black leggings. i’ve been doing my research to find cute summer sandals that aren’t too expensive.
so here we go:

Lands End Laced Gladiator Sandals: $40, these lace up the whole leg, they would look great with some j.crew shorts or these ones that i love!
Massimo Lavinia Slide Sandals: $20, these are a simple shoe FROM TARGET!!! that are just really cute, i love the detail in the front with the straps, and this would really look great with any white (or other colored) summer dress.
Billabong Seaing Double Sandals: $45, i also LOVE these sandals from billabong, they are the perfect summer sandals, they could honestly be worn anywhere from beaches to the country club.
Billabong Crossing Over Sandals: $30, these are perfect and i really love the white detail on it, it would be a perfect fit with a white dress or a little swim cover up.
Jack Rogers ‘Maci’ Flat Sandal: $137, okay so these are a BIT more expensive!! they also jack rogers though, so it actually makes sense why they cost a little more then usual, but they are really cute and would be perfect for special more fancy occasions.
Aeropostale Circle Perforated Flip-Flop: $8, i just think these are really simple and cheap. they are perfect casual shoes.
Aeropostale Crochet Strap Flip-Flop: $13, i really LOVE the details on the straps, the simple white “crochet” (i guess) and i totally think that with a little t-shirt dress these shoes would really shine.
Steve Madden DONDDI Sandals: $59, i really like the simplicity of these shoes, i think that the color is just perfect and screams “SUMMER” good to dress up or down, and i can attest to the quality of steve madden shoes, i absolutely love these!

Organization During Summer

hey y’all,
whats up?
i feel like dora omg, waiting for your response. so basically when school ended my life exploded you know, in a ball of fire. when this happened, i was just relaxing, reading me before you (which is a great book btw) and i asked my mom what day it was, because i honestly didn’t know what day it was.
it was thursday….already thursday and i hadn’t done anything that i wanted to accomplish, but i had watched a lot of once upon a time, enough for two curses to be broken (and if you know how much that is…its a lot)

My Summer 2016 Bucket List

hey all!

so its the summer before my junior year now, and i felt as if before the summer “dies” i should do all the things that i want to do right?

so i made this bucket list, it includes things i wanna do, places i want to visit and goals i would like to accomplish

lets get started:

go to sockerbit
make homemade pasta
try out different local yoga studios (to find a perfect fit for me!)
go to katsuya
complete my first round of college prep testing
visit disneyland
go to diddy riese
run a blog giveaway
try to get out more often with friends
go to perch
go swimming!
watch fireworks
go to alfreds tea
visit la flower mart
try to take more pictures
go to cafe gratitude
organize my closet and get rid of unnecessary clothes
get my makeup organized
go to gracias madre
stay a weekend in newport beach

June Word of the Month: Unforgettable

hey all!

now that i am done with finals…

its finally summer! and i am an upperclassman!!!

so i was thinking, oh my gosh, its june already, so i remembered that i had to set my monthly intention, and here it is…

i hope this june is

unforgettable

i picked the word unforgettable because i hope my summer is unforgettable. this summer i plan on getting my license and being able to drive any place i want (with my parents permission of course!) also its my sister’s last summer before college so i hope that we have some unforgettable experiences! and friends of course, spending more time creating those moments that we love to have together. according to google, unforgettable is an adjective meaning impossible to forget; very memorable

how will i try to be more ‘unforgettable’ this summer?

this month i plan on having fun in my break by doing the things that i love with the people that i love, and by this i will be developing myself more and my own voice will be able to shine as an unforgettable force.

The Fab Five September 2015

#1: 1:Face ‘Cancer’ Square Digital Silicone Strap Watch, 38mm: I think this is a really cool modern watch and I just think its so nice!

#2: Pink Los Angeles Pullover: I am just loving these spirit pullovers for fall, and I love this color!

#3: Forever 21 Double-Zip Faux Leather Satchel: OKAY I LOVE THIS BAG! First of all its $27.90 which is like a pretty good price, and its just a really cute shape and I love it.

#4: Victoria’s Secret Afterhours Satin Boxer PJ: I am really liking these style pajamas recently, and in California its never too cold so its like the perfect pair of pajamas.

#5: Krass and Co Sailor’s Delight Hat: I just love Krass and Co, and this hat is perfect for golfing or really anything to keep out the pesky sun! AND when you follow THIS LINK you get 15% off!

My July/Mid August Haul

hey guys!

i wanted to show you guys my haul from july to mid august because I went on trips and got some cool things

*in no way am I trying to brag about what i have and i bought these all by myself with money i earned for myself*

first I got stuff from the lululemon outlet in gilroy

I got the Pleat To Street Skirt II and the Flow Y Bra IV

then, this was the best buy! i found at my local nordstrom this shep shirt from VV. I found this on the sale rack and it ended up being $50 instead of $125!! what a deal!

these are the next things i purchased

the UO Flamingo Makeup Bag, Voluspa Macaron Mini Candle, and a Day Designer

the last things I got was the medium teddy bow case and this bangle from kate spade.

Spruce Up Your Room for Summer

Today I wanted to share with you guys how I like to spruce up your room for summer! LETS GO!

1. Succulents/Terrarium Planters: I personally think that succulents and terrariums are the bomb. They are pretty plants with basically no maintanence so they are great decorations! Here is the terrarium pictured.

2. Nail Polish Storage: Okay, you guys are going to think this is crazy, but I actually think that this Nail Polish Storage is really cute and stylish. So I own WAYYY to many nail polishes, but I think just organizing the colors and puting them on my night table is just really cute! Here is where you can buy this.

3. Throw Pillows: This is such an easy way to make your room summery! I just pair cute quirky pillows that match with my plain pink duvet! I paired these two pink pillows and they match so well! Hello Beautiful Pillow and Flamingo Pillow.

4. Picture Hangers: This is just a simple way to decorate your room and add a little personal touch. I love to print pictures of me and my friends on this! Here it is.

So I know summer isn’t really a gift giving season, but there are plenty of birthdays, and its harder to find gifts! here we go:
